Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges
We offer exchanges up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your exchange.
 
To make an exchange, please send your package to 12 W Dickson St, PO Box 1648, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please include a note with your name, order number, and product name and size that you want us to send you. You are responsible for sending the package back to us. We do not provide a return label.
Your exchange will ship within 14 business days of receiving your package and we will email you with your new tracking number once the exchange has been processed.  Please email support@birdsarentreal.com with any questions.
 
Returns
We offer returns up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your return.
 
To make a return, please send your package to 12 W Dickson St, PO Box 1648, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please include a note with your name, order number, and that you want a refund. Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving your package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.

We do NOT accept returns on our face masks- due to sanitation concerns. Thank you for your understanding. We also do not accept returns for products that have been washed, stained, stretched out, or have animal hair on them. 

International Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways for a return or exchange.

Once we receive your return or exchange, it will take us up to 14 days to process your package. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. For exchanges, we will send you an invoice for shipping back to you and once it has been paid, we will mail your package.
