I'm 5'5" 130 lbs and usually wear a medium in women's clothes... These shirts are unisex so I comfortably fit in a small, however if you're looking for a looser fit I would size up.

I'm 5'1" 130lb female. I usually wear a Petite XS/S/M, so I took a big gamble by buying a unisex long sleeve online. Once I saw this shirt was made from Comfort Colors I thought it would be worth it because they make great conformable t-shirts.
I bought a small and it looks like a slim fit. If you like overgrowth long sleeves then a medium might do if you're about my size.
